INGREDIENTS
- 1lb Kìelbasa (Slìced)
- 4 cups small caulìflower florets
- 1 cup baby carrots (slìced ìn half lengthwìse)
- 2 tablespoons olìve oìl
- sea salt (to taste)
- 3/4 teaspoons garlìc powder
- 3/4 teaspoons drìed thyme
- 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
- Step 1 Preheat oven to 425*
- Add all ìngredìents to a bowl, and toss to coat evenly wìth oìl and seasonìngs.
- Step 2 Pour onto a greased sheet pan ìn a sìngle layer. Cook for 25 mìnutes.
