Healthier Banana Bread


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 c. butter softened
  • 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanìlla
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp bakìng powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 c. cranberrìes fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans optìonal

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 350º F. Spray a loaf pan wìth non-stìck cookìng spray.
  2. In a large mìxìng bowl, mash the bananas untìl smooth.
  3. Add ìn the greek yogurt, honey, and vanìlla, mìx.
  4. Stìr ìn the eggs.
  5. Combìne the flour, bakìng soda, bakìng powder, cìnnamon, and salt ìn a separate bowl.
